It is now a legal requirement for all landlords in the UK to provide and EICR for their properties. We regularly carry out EICR inspections. We charge approximately £200 for a ‘standard’ EICR inspection and allocate free time in our diary to complete any necessary remedial work promptly following your inspection.

Landlords must renew their EICR certificate every 5 years.
